Moon

Over the weekend, I saw a fantastic low-budget science fiction movie called “Moon” starring Sam Rockwell, featuring the voice of Kevin Spacey, and directed by Duncan Jones. I don’t want to say too much about the film because I don’t want to give anything away (in fact, avoid the trailer and reviews if you can) but if your sci-fi preferences run more towards 2001, Moon is definitely worth seeing. That said, I understand that movie tastes are very subjective so I’ve devised a handy test that helps you decide.

Complete this sentence: “I saw Star Wars Episode I and felt that it needed …”

a) “… more boobs, exploding giant robots, and wacky ethnic characters like Jar-Jar.”

b) “… a plot.”

    If I answer ‘a plot’ I should see Moon right? But to be fair, I don’t mind if my plot comes with more boobs…..just saying.

    I actually saw a few trailers. It looked pretty good. Sam Rockwell is an interesting actor.

    Yup, clicking on “a plot” takes you to Moon. But I have a feeling that you’d enjoy both. Just make sure you see Moon while it’s still in the theaters, though! =)

    Man you need to make Mach Dice 2.0 avaliable for the Brazilian iTunes store!
    I couldn’t get you app, and i can’t et it from the US iTunes Store….any suggestions?

    Hey Daniel, sorry to hear that you can’t buy Mach Dice! I have no idea why that would be. Does anyone else have any ideas? Try contacting Apple if the problem persists.
