- 1/2 stale baguette leftover from a party you had last weekend
Directions:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C)
slicechisel stale baguette into pieces- soak in water
- dry for 10 minutes
- bake for 5 minutes and remove from oven
- realize that you now have bite-sized culinary abominations that somehow combine the textures of watery gruel and old shoe
- go to the store and buy fresh bread

If you steam it, that’ll actually revive it: put a couple tablespoons of water in a pot, put the bread in a bowl, put the bowl in the pot, cover the pot, boil 5 minutes.
Ooh, cool. I’ll have to try that next time.
