Foreign and Familiar

Seeing the aforementioned cow hanging out in the street is a big reminder that yes, this is indeed a foreign country. But even here in Mumbai, India, they still have McDonalds (no beef items, but you can get a “Chicken Maharaja Mac meal for 124 Rupees or about $2.68).
